This chalet was completely renovated in 2024 and is very modern and well equipped for 4 persons.
It is idyllically located on the water with a southern exposure, very close to the Makkumer IJsselmeer beach.
A large wooden terrace on the water is equipped with a windbreak and a comfortable seating area.
Another small terrace serves as a mooring place for the rowing boat belonging to the chalet, which can also be used.
The garden is very spacious with two lawns, a small trampoline, and paving in front of the chalet. There is an extendable dining table for outdoor dining and a wooden picnic table.
The shed on the side provides covered storage space for two bicycles, which may be used (but no service is provided), and contains parasols, four deck chairs, a charcoal barbecue, the cleaning cupboard, and can be used for storage.
Furthermore, air conditioning provides cooling or can be used for heating if necessary.
All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.
Layout:
Well-lit living room with wood-burning stove and French doors to the garden. From the dining area, you have a direct view of the water. There is a large LED flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player.
The open kitchen has a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a large dishwasher, a 4-burner gas hob with an extractor hood, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, an air fryer, and a filter coffee machine.
Bedroom with double bed (box spring 180×200 with 2 single mattresses) and plenty of closet space.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 190) and drawers under the bed.
The bedside lamps in both bedrooms are equipped with USB charging points for mobile phones.
The bathroom has a modern shower cubicle with rain shower head, sink, toilet, infrared heating panel, and hairdryer.
Pet is not allowed.
Rental in high season (July and August) only per whole week.
Changeover day in high season is on Friday.
