Payment:
50% of the bill within 14 days after signing the rental agreement. The remainder of the invoice 1 month before the start of the rental period. Transfer the amount to the broker's bank account as indicated on the invoice.
Booking fee and final cleaning:
Reservation fee: € 20.00
Final cleaning: single Chalet € 60.00, double Chalet € 70.00, Chalets S18, U20 and T22 € 85.00
You must leave the chalet broom clean.
All dishes, pans, etc. clean in the cupboard.
Barbecue to be left clean.
Deposit:
The deposit is € 100,00. This will be refunded to you by bank transfer within 2 weeks after departure.
Pets:
A pet costs €4.00 per day (max. 2), if allowed.
Camping costs:
This is a fee for the use of all camping facilities, the recreation programme, the petting zoo, a clean beach, etc.
Children up to 3 years old are free. From 3 years of age:
March, April, September and October: € 4.00 per person per night.
May and June: € 4.50 per person per night.
July and August: € 5.00 per person per night.
Note: Camping fees must be paid at reception and are not included in the rental price.
General:
Bring your own bed linen, bath, hand and kitchen towels.
One car is allowed per chalet .
It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the chalet . Charging points are located at the hotel and Beach Resort parking lots.
