Payment:
50% of the bill within 14 days after signing the rental agreement. The remainder of the invoice 1 month before the start of the rental period. Transfer the amount to the broker's bank account as indicated on the invoice.
Reservation fees and final cleaning:
Reservation fee: €20.00
Final cleaning: single chalet €60.00, double chalet €70.00, chalets S18, S20, and U20 €85.00
You must leave the chalet swept clean.
All crockery, pans, etc. must be clean and put away in the cupboard.
Leave the barbecue clean.
Deposit:
The deposit is €100.00. This will be refunded to you by bank transfer two weeks after departure.
Pets:
A pet costs €4.00 per day (max. 2), if allowed.
Camping costs:
This is a fee for the use of all camping facilities, the recreation programme, the petting zoo, a clean beach, etc.
Children up to 3 years old stay for free. From 3 years old:
March, April, September, and October: €4.35 per person per night.
May and June: €4.65 per person per night.
July and August: €5.00 per person per night.
Please note: Camping fees must be paid at the reception desk and are not included in the rental price.
General:
Bring your own bed linen, bath, hand and kitchen towels.
One car is allowed per chalet .
It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the chalet . Charging points are located at the hotel and Beach Resort parking lots.
