The chalet is located near the IJsselmeer beach on a dead end street so no passing traffic.
The comfortable interior ensures a pleasant stay, partly due to the presence of air conditioning which provides cooling in summer but also excellent heating in the colder periods.
There is a cozy garden with terrace and good garden furniture with deck chairs etc.
At the waterfront a deck terrace to relax by the water. Fishing is allowed here without a fishing license.
You can drive your car into the alley to unload your belongings, but you have to park your car a few dozen meters further on.
