Double chalet built in 1994, extensively renovated and modernized in recent years. Originally wooden chalet from 1994 with approx. 8 cm wall thickness including insulation from the manufacturer, in 2013 the whole chalet on the outside newly covered with fiberglass plastic in stone look, but underneath wooden lathing with additional insulation of rock wool, wall thickness with insulation now approx. 15 cm and thus absolutely suitable for winter.

Bitumen roof, completely renewed in 2014.
