These mobile homes are the first two that were placed on the campsite in 1974 and are still owned by the first owners.
Over the years, behind the caravans an extension has been built with a shower area, sink and toilet with additional storage space.
Unfortunately, after 48 years it is time to sell the caravans. Both caravans are hereby offered for sale together. The campsite has set the condition that both caravans including the annex must be removed within two years after purchase. The plot will then be rearranged which in practice means that one fourth of the total area of these two plots will be added to the adjacent plot.
What remains is a large plot of about 120 m2 at the edge of the park, in a quiet location only 2 minutes walk from the beach!
You have to place a new or second-hand (not older than 5 years) chalet, or Mobile home after these 2 years.
